Developing and Disseminating the Business Case for Employer Engagement in Hypertension Prevention and Control

FTI’s Center for Healthcare Economics and Policy was selected by the National Foundation for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC Foundation) to build and disseminate the business case for employer engagement in hypertension prevention and control. FTI will employ quantitative and qualitative analysis, including literature review, discussions with employers, and a budget impact model of hypertension to develop comprehensive evidence on the impact of hypertension and the potential savings of intervention. The team will work with the CDC Foundation, along with the National Forum for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention, to develop and disseminate the findings to employers.
