Sreevidhya Devarajan

Sree Devarajan is a Senior Director at FTI Consulting’s Center for Healthcare Economics and Policy and is part of the San Francisco office.

Ms. Devarajan’s litigation and dispute advisory experience involves performing financial and economic analyses in connection with high-stakes commercial disputes in federal and state courts and arbitrations. Ms. Devarajan has assisted attorneys and end clients with the evaluation of damages in complex disputes related to breach of contract, finance/accounting/tax matters, intellectual property, and class certification matters. Ms. Devarajan has also assisted clients in consulting roles.

Ms. Devarajan has assisted clients in all phases of the litigation process including discovery, development of case strategy, expert reports, deposition, and trial preparation. Ms. Devarajan has served clients in a wide array of industries, including technology, software, electronics, private equity, consumer products, healthcare, financial services, insurance, real estate, manufacturing, and professional services.

Prior to entering the litigation consulting industry, Ms. Devarajan, as a part of a global technology services and consulting firm, assisted diverse clients including Boeing, Citigroup, and USAA, with their technical/software related needs and managed teams in multiple geographies.
Ms. Devarajan previously held consulting positions at Analysis group and Edgeworth Economics, and Tata Consultancy Services. Ms. Devarajan graduated from Southern Methodist University with concentrations in Finance and Strategy.
